Special Visitors!

Friday we had many special visitors come to our classroom. Two football players came by to pump up the students for the game! Our class helped cheer on the Eagles to a victory! We also had members of the baseball team stop by. The kids showed off their amazing reading skills during the visit. The baseball players will be reading with the students throughout the school year.

Welcome!

Welcome to our class blog! I am excited to give you a glimpse into our classroom and what we do throughout the day.  Last week we read the book The Bear Who Wouldn’t Share. After reading, we discussed the difference between realism and fantasy. They really enjoyed the story and loved doing the character voices. Here are some pictures of the students reading the book in pairs.
