Reminders:
-Thursday is our field trip to see Bodyology. Students should wear uniform bottoms with their chapel shirt.
- Students will not have school on Monday, February 2nd.
- Students may have free dress for $2 on Friday to help support the missions. Coach Lilley also asks for help providing gummy vitamins for the Honduras trip.

100th day of School!

I can't believe we celebrated the 100th day of school. The year is going by so quick! We spent the day doing various 100th day activities such as counting 100 steps, making trail mix with 100 different ingredients, launching 100 balloons, and making a necklace out of 100 fruit loops. By the time you saw the necklace there might not have been 100 fruit loops... They couldn't wait to eat them! 

Bee of the Week: Stella

Our Bee of the Week this week is Stella! Stella is special because she is the oldest of 4 siblings. She loves the color red, eating steak, reading the Bible, and doing gymnastics. Buzzy and Stella had a busy weekend. First, they went to the PBS game where Buzzy watched Stella dance with the Silver Steppers. Then, they went and spent the weekend in New Orleans where they had brunch with Princess Ana and Elsa!

Weekly Information 1/20-1/23

I hope everyone had a relaxing 3 day week. I know I enjoyed my extra day at home! Here is all your information for this fun filled week!

Reminders:
-Bodyology permission slips are due Thursday.
-On Friday, January 23rd, we will celebrate 100 days of school! Please help your child bring these 3 things on that day:
   - A collection of 100 of the same thing in a zipper bag.
   - Ingredient for trail mix (a note stating what ingredient your child needs to bring went home last week.) Remember to count out 100 of that ingredient and place in the zipper bag provided.
   - One box of food or canned good for our mission project: "100 boxes and cans for the food bank"
- Students may dress like a 100 year old on Friday!

-Students need to get 3 green lights on Reflex Math before Friday.
-The reading unit test will be given this week over several days.
-Tuesday and Wednesday: Math homework
-Friday: Bible Verse

-Bodyology permission slips went home on Monday. Please make sure they are returned by January 22.
-Make sure that your child's sweatshirts and jackets are labeled with a first and last name.
-There will be no school on January 19.

Bee of the Week: Michael

Our new bee of the week is Michael! Some fun things we learned about him is that he is 7 years old, has 2 brothers and 1 sister, and his favorite color is red. He is really good at swimming and loves to cook. Over the weekend, Michael and Buzzy went to his brother's soccer game to help cheer him on!

Bee of the Week: Ryleigh

Ryleigh is our first bee of the week for the new year! She is 6 years old and loves the color hot pink, cheetahs, ice cream, and reading The 3 Little Pigs. Her and Buzzy spent the weekend playing with their friends at a slumber party, eating Chik-Fil-A, and playing with Ryleigh's dog Woody!
