Christmas Party!

Hola! The Christmas in Mexico party was a success! With all the sugary treats the kids had I am sure each kid was hyped up for hours! Thank you for all of your support for the first half of the school year. I can't believe we are half way done! Also, thank you for all of the wonderful and generous Christmas presents. I cannot wait to use them! Hope your family has a great holiday season and I'll see you in January!

Bluebonnet Swamp!

Our first field trip of the year was a success! We went on a guided tour of the swamp, painted the beautiful scenery, and even had the chance to pet an alligator and snake! What a great day we had!

Weekly update!

We have had another busy week! We cheered on Coach Lilley while he read in some very unique places around campus. I think the school's favorite was on top of the vending machine. We also had a very special "celebrity reader" come visit us on Thursday. Fancy Nancy, a.k.a. Mrs. Krista, came by with her cuddly puppies to read us a story. This week we learned the difference between common and proper nouns. To practice, we made proper noun pizzas. They looked good enough to eat! 

Fall Fun Friday!

Fall Fun Friday was a success! The kids told me multiple times throughout the day "This is the best day ever!" They rotated to 5 stations throughout the day and also went to Mrs. Cori's science lab for some fun pumpkin experiments.
